Temporary HR Administrator
East Sussex | Up to 2 Months | 3-4 Days per Week
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm | Weekly Pay
We are seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to support a busy HR team on a short-term project based at a stunning East Sussex location with free parking (driver essential).
Key Duties:
- Digitising up to 100 employee personnel files.
- Scanning and uploading documents into the correct folders and systems.
- Identifying missing or incomplete employee documentation.
- Categorising records and investigating data discrepancies.
- Supporting the HR Lead with general HR administration.
- Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
About You:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using IT systems and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Able to work independently and manage a high-volume administrative workload.
