About us

CTS Logistics is a specialist logistics business working in defence, nuclear, and commercial sectors. We run our own fleet of trucks and vans, warehousing, and contract logistics. We're busy and growing, and we need a capable full-time HR Administrator to hit the ground running for the next three months.

The role

You'll be part of our Business Support team, keeping HR admin moving day to day - including new starters, staff records, vetting paperwork, and general people support across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Running new starter onboarding: offer letters, contracts, right-to-work checks, starter packs, and inductions
  • Keeping employee records, HR files, and trackers accurate and up to date
  • Supporting security vetting and clearance paperwork for staff (BPSS/SC)
  • Handling leavers: exit paperwork, final details, and handing information over to payroll
  • Tracking absence, holidays, probation reviews, and contract end dates
  • Preparing monthly payroll changes (starters, leavers, amendments) for the finance team
  • Booking and tracking training, licenses, and driver compliance renewals
  • Dealing with day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers
  • General admin support to the wider Business Support team when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
