Location: Lewisham, London
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Part-time - 2 days from home, 1 day in the office

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised HR Administrator to join a busy team on a short-term temporary basis in Lewisham.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is available to start immediately and can quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment. The role will provide general HR administration support across the team and requires someone who is confident, detail-focused, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR files and ensure documentation is accurately recorded.
  • Assist with general employee queries and direct queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Support with reporting, spreadsheets, and HR data as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

About You

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to start ASAP and commit to the approximately 4-week assignment.
