HR Advisor / Operational HR Business Partner
Temporary assignment: 3-4 months
Location
Nottingham - just 10 minutes from the city centre, with free parking
Hybrid working
3-4 days onsite, with 1-2 days working from home
Hours
Full-time, with some flexibility available
Salary
Up to £40,000 DOE - paid weekly
I'm looking for an experienced HR Advisor / operational HR Business Partner to provide additional support to a busy HR function for an initial 3-4 month period. This role will have a heavy Employee Relations focus, so I'm looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage their own caseload from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Supporting managers across a range of ER matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Providing practical advice and guidance while ensuring cases keep moving.
- Alongside ER, there will be wider generalist HR support and day-to-day partnering with managers as required.
