Temporary HR Officer
This Temporary HR Officer role based in Glasgow will see you handling day-to-day HR tasks to keep the organisation running smoothly. You'll provide essential support to the Human Resources team within the not-for-profit sector.

Description
- Support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Assist in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and processing applications.
- Provide guidance on HR-related queries from staff members.
- Help with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee absences and leave requests.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and HR metrics as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

Profile
A successful Temporary HR Officer should have:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Offer
- Fixed term contract until March 2027 - up to £32,000
- Temporary contract in the Human Resources department.
