Lease Administrator (Temporary 12-Week FTC)

Do you take pride in getting the details right? If you're someone who enjoys organised, methodical work and can confidently manage large volumes of information with accuracy, this Lease Administrator opportunity could be a great fit. Joining Lomond on a temporary 12-week fixed-term contract, you'll be based at our 70 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8BE office, working full-time, reporting to the Head of Asset Management, and earning a salary of £28,000 per annum, pro rata.

As one of the UK's leading property services groups, Lomond is continually growing its portfolio of brands and properties. This role will play an important part in supporting the Facilities team by creating a reliable, accurate lease register that provides visibility of key lease dates, costs and obligations across the group. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a diligent administrator who enjoys detailed work and takes satisfaction in maintaining high standards

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review lease agreements, licences, side letters and deeds of variation to identify and extract key lease information accurately
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive lease register that provides a clear record of lease obligations, dates and costs across the group
  • Record information with clear references to source documents and lease clauses, ensuring a robust audit trail
  • Complete quality checks on your work to maintain the accuracy and integrity of lease data.
  • Identify missing documentation, inconsistencies or unclear wording and escalate issues appropriately
  • Track outstanding queries and maintain records to support project completion
  • Locate, request and manage lease documentation from colleagues, offices and archive storage

What You'll Need

  • Experience in an administrative, secretarial, office support or data entry role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the confidence to raise questions and escalate issues when needed
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks and meet agreed deadlines
  • A professional approach to handling confidential information and sensitive business documents.
