About The Opportunity

Hyperion Partners are delighted to represent a premier luxury rental community in Edinburgh. Our client operates one of the capital’s most prestigious residential developments, offering residents hotel-style amenities, stunning communal spaces, and an exceptional standard of living.

We are seeking a Temporary Lettings Negotiator to step into a fast-paced, customer-focused role. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining high occupancy levels, delivering memorable viewing experiences, and guiding prospective residents seamlessly from initial inquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct High-Touch Viewings: Lead tailored, professional tours of the development’s show apartments and world-class resident amenities.
  • Pipeline & Enquiry Management: Respond promptly to incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and property portals, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
  • Applicant Journey: Guide prospective residents through the application, referencing, and right-to-rent verification processes.
  • Move-In Coordination: Work alongside the wider site team to ensure apartments are prepped to perfection prior to move-in day.
  • Local Market Awareness: Offer genuine local insights on Edinburgh’s prime residential market to prospective residents.
  • Database Management: Keep the property management system meticulously updated with all lead interactions, feedback, and deal progression.

What We Are Looking For

  • Lettings Experience: A proven track record in residential lettings, student accommodation, or high-end hospitality sales.
  • Scottish Legislation Knowledge: A good understanding of Scottish tenancy law (specifically Private Residential Tenancies / PRTs) is highly advantageous.
  • Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, approachable demeanour.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: Able to hit the ground running in a vibrant, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-First Mindset: Passionate about delivering five-star service and building positive relationships with prospective residents.
