About The Role

About the Role

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a role where you are accountable for ensuring smooth operations, completing minor reactive repairs, and carrying out planned maintenance? Fresh has the perfect opportunity for you!

As our Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues, and managing site facilities like large commercial waste bins. Most importantly, you will oversee statutory compliance for the building to ensure our residents have a safe, welcoming place to live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and complete minor reactive repairs promptly.
  • Take responsibility for the building's statutory compliance.
  • Manage commercial waste management operations, including external bin areas.
  • Serve as the resident expert on-site for day-to-day fixes and unexpected technical issues.
  • Ensure the property remains safe, operational, and inviting for all residents

  • Technical Mindset: Solid background in general building maintenance with a hands-on approach to fixing, maintaining, and improving facilities.
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful with a strong ability to troubleshoot everyday issues independently.
  • Work Ethic & Attitude: Highly accountable, dedicated, and upbeat—even when challenges arise.
  • Availability: Ready to start immediately and work full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
