Merchandise Admin Assistant – Fashion
📍 London 🕒 Full-time, Hybrid
IMMEDIATE START TEMP ROLE
We’re partnering with a global fashion retailer to find a Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) to join one of their dynamic merchandising teams in London. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail and available to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to join and support one of the merchandising teams.
The Role:
As an MAA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities will include:
- General admin for the merchandising team
- Reporting into the assistant merchandiser.
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics teams, and stores to ensure smooth product flow.
- Managing stock allocations and transfers to optimize product availability.
- Supporting the team with sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

About You:
- Previous experience within an analytical role such as merchandising, allocation, buying, or wholesale at a similar level within a retail head office
- A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and Excel skills.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A team player with great communication skills and a proactive approach.
