Are you a commercially driven Merchandiser who loves turning data into decisions?

At Ryman, we're looking for someone who can maximise sales, optimise stock, and influence commercial decisions that make a real impact across our stores and online.

Working closely with our Buying team, you'll take ownership of forecasting, promotional planning, stock management and critical path delivery, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales, profit and stock performance across your categories.
  • Own forecasting, WSSI and intake planning to maximise availability and cash flow.
  • Analyse sales trends and customer insights to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with Buyers to influence range reviews, pricing and promotions.
  • Lead promotional planning and support new product launches.
  • Manage stock exit strategies and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships across Buying, Logistics and Space Planning.
  • Coach and support junior team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous retail merchandising experience with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
  • Experience managing WSSI, forecasting and stock planning.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience within stationery, FMCG or general merchandise is advantageous.
