Love working with data, keeping things organised and making sure everything is where it needs to be? As a Merchandising Administrator, you'll provide key support to our Merchandising team, helping us get the right products to the right place at the right time. Working closely with Merchandisers, Buyers and teams across the business, you'll gain valuable experience across stock management, product information, reporting and the wider commercial side of retail.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working with data, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and build a career within Merchandising.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Merchandising team.
- Maintaining accurate product, stock and supplier information across internal systems.
- Producing and updating reports, spreadsheets and merchandising trackers.
- Supporting stock management by monitoring stock levels and highlighting potential issues.
- Assisting with new product launches, promotions and seasonal activity.
- Supporting the processing and maintenance of purchase orders and product information.
- Liaising with Buyers, suppliers, stores, warehouse and internal teams to resolve queries and keep things moving.
- Investigating stock discrepancies and following up on outstanding actions.
- Helping to ensure products and information are set up accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Supporting the wider Merchandising team with general administration.
- Completing ad hoc tasks and projects to support the wider commercial team.

What You'll Bring
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A methodical and accurate approach to your work.
- Good numerical skills and an interest in working with data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
- Good communication skills and confidence building relationships across the business.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to spot issues and take action.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of retail and merchandising.
- Previous administration or retail experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
