Temporary Office Administrator - HR Department
📍 Location: Brighouse, HD6 (Free Onsite Parking)
💰 Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
⏳ Contract: Temporary for 2 months initially, with the possibility of extension
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm)
📅 Immediate Start Available
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised HR & Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team on a temporary basis. This role has been created to provide support across multiple departments during a period of recruitment and transition.
This is a varied position that would suit a proactive individual who enjoys administration, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across HR, Finance, and the wider office team
- Updating employment contracts and producing employee correspondence
- Maintaining and updating employee records, holiday logs, and sickness records
- Supporting recruitment activities, including on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data on internal systems
- Assisting with HR compliance and ensuring records are up to date
- Making outbound and inbound telephone calls relating to deliveries, orders, and general enquiries
- Liaising with internal departments and external contacts professionally and efficiently
- Managing emails, filing, scanning, and general office administration
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as Administrator
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience using CRM or internal database systems
- Available for an immediate start
