About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Office Manager to take ownership of a beautiful multi-floor office space within an investment firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Workplace Experience Manager or Facilities professional who thrives on autonomy and enjoys being the go-to person for keeping a workplace running seamlessly.

This isn't a traditional Office Manager role. You'll be the steady pair of hands responsible for the day-to-day operation of a stunning building, ensuring everything from facilities and supplier management to workplace experience runs smoothly.

You'll take full responsibility for the building contact for all facilities and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a multi-floor
  • Managing meeting room and office booking systems
  • Acting as the main point of contact for cleaners, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and building-related issues
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating with suppliers where required
  • Overseeing space utilisation
  • Becoming the in-house facilities expert and managing all building-related requirements
  • Handling unexpected issues proactively, from maintenance emergencies to operational challenges
  • Working closely with the founders to create structure, organisation, and consistency across the office environment
  • Continually identifying opportunities to improve the workplace experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
