Temporary Office Support/Sales Administrator
Location: Bradford BD2 (On-site)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £14.42 per hour (£27,000 - £30,000 equivalent salary)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break, flexibility available)
Parking: Free on-site parking
The Opportunity
Office Angels are working with a company based in Bradford BD2 who are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Office Support & Sales Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is a varied position supporting multiple areas of the business, including sales administration, order processing, customer service, and general office support. This opportunity would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Please note that the role is fully office-based whilst temporary. Should the position become permanent, there may be the opportunity for hybrid working.
Key Duties
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
- Updating and maintaining customer records, orders and databases.
- Liaising with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Monitoring order progress and resolving any discrepancies.
- Coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams.
- Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Managing emails and correspondence.
- Assisting with meeting preparation and office organisation.
- Handling routine customer enquiries and requests.
- Escalating issues where appropriate.

Key Attributes
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using SAP is essential
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
