We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Operational Support colleagues to join our busy department store for our peak season.

Autumn through to Christmas is one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year, and our operational teams play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly. You will help ensure stock is available, deliveries are processed efficiently and our shop floor colleagues have the support they need to provide an excellent customer experience.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Receiving and processing deliveries and stock.
  • Replenishing stock across the store.
  • Organising and maintaining stockrooms and operational areas.
  • Preparing stock for the shop floor.
  • Supporting the shopfloor team during busy Christmas trading periods.
  • Helping with seasonal promotions and events.
  • Moving stock safely around the store.
  • Providing helpful and friendly support to colleagues and customers when required.
  • Following health & safety, security and company procedures.
  • Working as part of a team to make sure everything is ready for our customers.

  • You don’t need previous retail experience — we are looking for people who are:
    • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
    • Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organised and able to work at pace.
    • Positive, friendly and willing to help.
    • Great team players who enjoy working with others.
    • Flexible and available to work during the lead up to Christmas.
    • Comfortable with a role that involves being active and handling stock.
