About The Role

This three-week temporary assignment, based in the City of London, offers £25 per hour plus holiday pay. The Temporary PA will support a financial services firm, managing complex diaries and arranging meetings across internal and external contacts. Working full-time, Monday to Friday, the postholder provides administrative assistance to a professional team. About The Role

Working as part of a busy professional team, you'll provide high-quality administrative and PA support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing busy diaries and arranging meetings
  • Coordinating internal and external appointments
  • Organising meeting rooms and preparing meeting materials
  • Making travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations
  • Processing expenses and invoices where required
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Handling ad hoc tasks and projects as required

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous PA, EA or senior administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and confident manner
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience within financial services or a professional services environment would be advantageous
