Part-Time PA / Operations Manager - Temporary
West End | 2 Days Per Week | £24 per hour
An exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Temporary PA / Operations Manager to join a busy and entrepreneurial business based in the West End.
Working 2 days per week, this is a varied role combining executive support, office operations and general business administration. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly and is confident taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.
The Role
- Providing PA support to the founder/director, including diary management, meetings and travel.
- Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Coordinating suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
- Managing invoices, expenses and general office administration.
- Assisting with projects and business initiatives as required.
- Organising meetings, events and team activities.
- Maintaining systems, processes and office records.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and external contacts professionally.
- Supporting with personal tasks and ad-hoc requests where required.
- Identifying ways to improve processes and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Being a reliable and trusted presence within the business two days a week.

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a PA, Operations, Office Management or Business Support position and be comfortable wearing multiple hats.
