The Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious, forward-thinking individuals to join our team. These roles are based at our Dumfries facility, offering both temporary and permanent Production & Warehouse Operator positions. Applicants may also be eligible for an £850 hiring bonus (subject to criteria).
Working full-time across various shift patterns, you will support the manufacturing and warehousing of quality products under the supervision of Shift Coordinators and Production Managers. Your work will follow Standard Working Practices while contributing to daily production targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating equipment and processes per Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
- Keeping work areas clean and organised throughout and at the end of shifts.
- Accurately updating Hourly Production Records.
- Reporting hazardous practices, equipment failures, or near-miss incidents.
- Meeting quality and productivity targets as a team.
Key to Success
- Follow Procedures Precisely – Adhere strictly to Standard Working Practices and Operating Procedures for safety and consistency.
- Maintain Cleanliness – Ensure your workspace remains tidy during and after shifts to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Be Accurate and Timely – Log production data correctly and report issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Stay Safety-Focused – Continuously remain vigilant for hazards and report potential risks immediately.
- Work as a Team Player – Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily quality and productivity targets.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Requirements & Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, or familiarity with shift work (preferable but not essential).
- Strong manual dexterity and numeracy skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with an emphasis on safety and maintaining a clean workspace.
