About the Job

This is a super opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior Directors within a busy Executive Support Team. You will manage diaries, meetings and competing priorities, helping ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly. It’s a varied role ideal for a proactive, organised PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing complex diaries, schedules and priorities for senior Directors.
• Monitoring inboxes, correspondence and key actions.
• Preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials.
• Coordinating senior meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes.
• Liaising with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Supporting Board and senior leadership activities.
• Tracking deadlines, records and statutory requirements.
• Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Supporting management information and wider Executive Team activities.
• Providing cover across the Executive Support Team when required.
