About the Role
As a Personal Assistant in the healthcare sector, you'll play a vital role in keeping the daily operations of the organisation running smoothly. Based in Camberley, you'll provide essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the team stays on track and focused.
Client Details
A healthcare organisation based in Reading.
Description
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring appointments are well-coordinated.
- Handling correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails.
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation for easy access.
- Arranging travel plans, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Providing general support to the team, including minute-taking during meetings.
- Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

Job Offer
- Hourly rate of £17.00 to £20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position offering flexibility and variety in your work.
