About The Role
This temporary receptionist role in Oadby runs from 2nd November to 10th November, paying £12.71 hourly. Working full time, hours span 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday, finishing at 3:15pm on Fridays. Duties involve greeting visitors, signing them in, answering and directing calls, handling enquiries, and managing post alongside general administrative support. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, and confident speaking with people, with strong organisational abilities. What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and signing them in
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to general enquiries

- Supporting with general reception and administration duties
- Ensuring the reception area is kept professional and welcoming

What we're looking for:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or administration experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable and available for the full temporary assignment
