Temporary Receptionist (Birmingham)
Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Salary: £26,500

Based in Birmingham
We are currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming corporate office on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of a business, providing a first-class experience for visitors while supporting the wider office operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors, guests, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating schedules.
- Preparing meeting rooms ahead of internal and client meetings.
- Arranging refreshments and ensuring hospitality areas are well presented.
- Supporting the office services team with a variety of administrative duties.
- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and professional reception environment.
- Assisting with ad hoc operational and business support tasks as required.

About You:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, approachable and highly organised.
- Able to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working within a corporate office environment.
