Receptionist Required
The Cyber Quarter is looking for a receptionist to cover a busy desk and to undertake administrative tasks.
The right candidate will need excellent customer service skills to handle each query in a professional manner, while being proactive and maintaining a positive attitude towards the role at the reception desk.
General Duties
- Covering reception
- General administrative duties
- Helping with events being held on site
- Monitoring the premises for cleanliness and reporting any issues
- Note taking for attended meetings
- Assisting with the completion of weekly compliance checks
- Being the first point of contact for phone calls and emails

Located on Skylon Park, the Midlands Centre for Cyber Security provides workspace for small and start-up businesses in Cyber Security, along with access to a range of specialist cyber security related facilities for the sector including a cyber range room and high-speed broadband as well as providing laboratory space and event hosting.
