We are continuously looking for exceptional Temporary Receptionists to support some of London's most prestigious investment firms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to leading organisations within the investment sector.
As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in representing the business, providing a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees alike. You'll support the smooth running of the office while working closely with senior stakeholders and office teams.
We are seeking confident, client-facing communicators, and highly organised individuals with ideally 3+ years of reception or front-of-house experience gained within professional services or within alternative investments, investment management, private equity or asset management.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a professional and welcoming first impression to all visitors, clients, and employees
- Managing a busy reception area and handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
- Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting the preparation of client meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements, taxi bookings, expenses, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and wider team
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and service at all times
