Temporary Rota & Compliance Administrator - Kingston upon Thames - Hybrid – 1 Day Office - £14.00 to £15.00 per hour + Holiday Pay – Initially 6 months (possibly to perm)

Our client is an established private Healthcare organisation. You’ll be joining a welcoming and collaborative team where people genuinely support one another. About the Job
Working alongside the Rota & Compliance Manager and wider team, you’ll help keep busy clinical rotas organised while ensuring important compliance information is accurate and up to date. It’s a varied role with plenty of interaction, so it would suit someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems and helping colleagues.

- Coordinating rotas and processing shift amendments and cancellations
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting onboarding, references and compliance administration
- Keeping records accurate and ensuring changes are actioned promptly
- Producing reports and sharing key information with managers
- Helping the wider team wherever an extra pair of hands is needed
- Occasionally travelling to another healthcare site to support rota requirements
About the Successful Applicant
You’ll be a confident and organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a naturally proactive approach. You’ll communicate comfortably with different people, enjoy working collaboratively and be willing to jump in and help when needed. Experience within compliance, rotas, HR or a similarly busy administrative environment would be particularly useful.

What You Will Receive in Return
This is initially a six-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of becoming longer term. Hours can be 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm (37.5 hours). You will be part of a supportive team in lovely offices, with parking and a central Kingston location. This is a cracking little temp role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team!
