We're looking for a proactive, personable, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside an exceptional team.

You must have previous experience scheduling meetings, coordinating schedules or managing busy diaries.

As an assistant, you'll be client facing in your communication, confident and have excellent attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing busy and ever-changing calendars for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and schedules across multiple time zones
  • Organising complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and day-to-day administration
  • Supporting team requests and acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

5 days in office | £18 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay | Friday team lunches | Access to an on site gym, rooftop terrace, and sauna

12 - 18 months, with an initial offer of 6 months.
