We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Global Clinical Operations team, supporting Clinical Trial Management in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents and departmental leaders, enabling efficient day-to-day operations, streamlined processes, and effective team collaboration. Working closely with leadership, cross-functional partners, and department teams, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting key business activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

- Temporary 12 months role
Discover your role:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling activities, aligning priorities and resolving logistical challenges proactively.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, seminars, and events, including logistics, vendor engagement, budgeting, and contract support where applicable.
- Support team activities including town halls, team-building events, agendas, presentations, catering coordination, and meeting materials distribution.
- Assist employees and visitors with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related administrative services.
- Maintain department contact lists, organizational charts, dashboards, reports, SharePoint content, permissions, and version control.
- Manage office supplies, purchase requisitions, purchase order tracking, and departmental expenses while supporting budget oversight.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with Information Technology, Facilities, Procurement, and space planning teams for new hires and department needs.
- You anticipate stakeholder needs, drive process improvements, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams to deliver efficient administrative support.

This role requires:
- Experience providing administrative support within Regeneron.
- Experience supporting Vice President-level leaders and departmental leadership teams.
- Experience managing calendars, travel logistics, expense reports, meetings, events, and administrative workflows.
- Ability to create and maintain reports, dashboards, pivot tables, organizational charts, and departmental documentation.
- Experience managing departmental content, permissions, and version control on SharePoint or internal platforms.
- Ability to coordinate purchasing activities, requisitions, purchase orders, and budget-related administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to understand business priorities, exercise independent judgment, solve problems, manage ambiguity, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, work independently, manage projects, and adapt comfortably to change.
