Temporary, 3 months with the possibility of extension
Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Senior Business Support professional to join their Glasgow city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and provide essential support to the CEO, senior leadership team, and wider office operations during an exciting period of expansion.
Please note that this role will initially be fully office-based. However, there may be the opportunity for some hybrid working following a successful settling-in period.
About the Role
Working closely with the existing Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.
This is a busy and varied position that requires someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, work proactively, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Complex diary management for the CEO
- Coordinating and organising meetings, including scheduling with external stakeholders and clients
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings
- Monitoring and managing office email inboxes
- Supporting day-to-day office operations and administration
- Assisting with general business support activities across the office
- Ensuring efficient running of senior management schedules and commitments

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting senior management or executive-level stakeholders
- Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Confidence using Microsoft Teams and Excel
Additional Information
Our client operates multiple offices across the UK and has approximately 60-100 employees within the Glasgow office. Due to hybrid working patterns, the office is rarely at full capacity, creating a collaborative and flexible working environment.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced administrator, executive assistant, or business support professional who can quickly integrate into the team and make an immediate impact.
