Are you keen to join a highly collaborative and fast-paced boutique investment division? If so, this is your opportunity to join a firm with a massive presence globally, especially within London.

Supporting a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The firm is known for its supportive and welcoming culture, where assistants are genuinely valued as integral members of the business.

You will be the go-to Assistant who manages their competing priorities and acts as a central point of coordination for a busy and successful team, from diary management, expenses to last-minute global travel arrangements.

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and engaging Assistant who thrives in a client-facing and high-exceptional environment. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Assistant, including at least 3 years within the investment sector.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
