A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie to join a friendly, family-run hotel near Kirkby Stephen on a temporary basis.

Working within a small kitchen team of just two chefs, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a menu of fresh, homemade dishes using quality ingredients. This is a hands-on position, ideal for a chef who enjoys working in a close-knit team and takes pride in producing consistently high standards.

- Small kitchen team of 2
