Description
We’re looking for a Temporary Training Administrator to join our HR team at Network Plus for an initial four-week contract.
This is a short-term administrative role supporting the team with a backlog of training records. The main focus will be reviewing and updating employee training certificates on our internal systems, ensuring information is recorded accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating employee training certificates and records on internal systems
- Inputting and checking data for accuracy
- Reviewing existing records and identifying missing or incorrect information
- Working through a backlog of training administration
- Maintaining accurate and organised records
- Supporting the wider HR and administration team where required

Experience and Qualifications
This role would suit someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working through high volumes of repetitive administrative tasks.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
- Accuracy, reliability and the ability to get stuck into the backlog are the priorities.
