Tenancy Management Coordinator

£26,552.53 per annum

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Harbour House, Preston

Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference every day? This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in a housing support role, highly organised, enjoys helping people, solving problems and making a positive difference to local communities.

As one of our Tenancy Management Coordinators, no two days will be the same. You'll help make our communities safer and support customers through challenging situations. You'll be the first point of contact for reports of anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, environmental and tenancy issues, helping our tenants access the right support at the right time.

Working closely with customers / tenants, colleagues within Housing Services and other departments, and partner agencies including the Police and Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service, you'll help facilitate responses to community safety concerns, support some of our most vulnerable customers and ensure our records and systems are maintained to a high standard.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience in a high-volume administration/coordinator role within a customer service environment.
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional listening skills, who can build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and partner organisations.
  • Someone who can remain calm, professional and empathetic when dealing with customers experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances, demonstrating resilience and emotional maturity in what can sometimes be a demanding role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • A confident problem-solver and collaborative team player who can gather information, assess situations, identify the most appropriate next steps and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
