Change of Sharer Tenancy Administrator Support
Join KFH in Wimbledon as a Change of Sharer Tenancy Administrator Support, reporting to the Head of Tenancy Progression, where you'll earn £27,000 and play a key role in supporting tenancy amendments across our lettings operation. This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position.
This role is all about keeping tenancy changes progressing efficiently. You'll provide administrative support across the change of sharer process, ensuring documentation, referencing, compliance and communications are managed accurately and on time. By maintaining a smooth customer journey and keeping systems up to date, you'll help the wider team focus on case management, tenancy assessments and more complex queries.
What you'll be doing
- Support the progression of change of sharer requests from initial enquiry through to completion
- Log new requests and maintain accurate records across tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Ensure required forms, identification and supporting documentation are received and uploaded correctly
- Proactively chase tenants, applicants, guarantors and employers for outstanding information
- Send referencing invitations, monitor progress and provide updates where required
- Escalate delayed or unsuccessful references to the appropriate team members
- Check compliance documentation is in place and request updated certificates when needed
- Manage tenancy documentation and maintain organised records within document management systems
- Provide timely updates to landlords, tenants and branches while managing shared inboxes and enquiries
- Maintain pipeline trackers, monitor key dates and support the completion process by issuing confirmations and saving executed agreements

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with administrative systems and maintaining accurate records
- A proactive approach to following up outstanding actions and resolving issues
- The ability to work collaboratively while delivering a high level of customer service
