At KFH, we're looking for a Tenancy Progression Team Leader to join our Residential Lettings team in Wimbledon, based at Nelson House. Reporting to the Head of Tenancy Progression, this full-time role offers a salary of £33,000-£35,000 and a hybrid working pattern with one day per week working from home.

As Tenancy Progression Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring tenancy transactions progress smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. You'll lead a team responsible for delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants, branch colleagues and other stakeholders, while helping to embed consistent best practice across the division. This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, operational oversight and compliance expertise in a role that has a direct impact on customer experience and business performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor workloads and allocate resources to ensure transactions progress efficiently and service standards are maintained.

  • Ensure all regulatory and company requirements are met, including Right to Rent, AML, deposit registration, safety certification and licensing obligations.
  • Conduct audits and proactively identify and escalate compliance risks where required.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable records across all company systems.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and contractors to support tenancy progression activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, customer experience and risk management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
