We are looking for an experienced Tenancy Progressor to work within the Tenancy Progressing team. This role is fast-paced and central to ensuring a customer-first approach throughout the tenancy lifecycle—from holding deposit to key collection and everything in between.
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service and tenant engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and internal policies. Collecting all relevant compliance certificates and issuing to Tenants.
- Issuing Tenancy agreements and coordinating signatures
- Coordinating move-in monies prior to tenancy start date
- Working with Lettings consultants to ensure a smooth tenant journey
- Deposit Management: Oversee deposit collection and registration
- In-Tenancy Support: Provide guidance and support to tenants throughout their tenancy progression.
Customer Service
- Champion a culture of exceptional customer service across all tenancy touchpoints.
- Ensure tenants receive timely, clear, and supportive communication throughout their tenancy progression.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tenancy law and ensure team compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Renters Right Act 2025
- Identify and mitigate risks related to tenancy operations and customer interactions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between tenants, internal teams, and external providers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational delivery and consistent service standards.
