We're seeking two Tenancy Specialists to join our team, based from either our Bristol or Tamworth office.
About the Role
This is a specialist role focused on antisocial behaviour (ASB), tenancy enforcement and complex tenancy management. You'll provide expert advice and case management support, working closely with Neighbourhood Officers and other colleagues to ensure that ASB cases are investigated thoroughly, managed effectively and resolved using the most appropriate, proportionate and cost-effective interventions available.
While the role title is Tenancy Specialist, this is primarily an anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy enforcement role, focused on investigating, managing and resolving complex ASB cases.
You'll lead on complex and high-risk ASB cases, including harassment, hate incidents, serious nuisance, criminal behaviour and other tenancy breaches. Taking a victim-centred approach, you'll be responsible for assessing risk, developing case strategies, coordinating investigations and ensuring victims and witnesses receive appropriate support throughout the process.
You'll work in partnership with a range of agencies including the Police, local authorities, support providers, solicitors, mediation services and safeguarding partners to gather evidence, share intelligence and deliver effective outcomes. This may involve attending multi-agency meetings, conducting investigative interviews, obtaining witness statements and supporting evidence gathering to inform tenancy enforcement action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
