Tenancy Support Officer

We are recruiting for a Tenancy Support Officer to join a leading housing provider on a temp basis covering a patch across Lancashire/Yorkshire.

This is for a minimum of 2 months, full time, Monday to Friday, and you will need a driving licence, own vehicle and business cover.

As this role is working with vulnerable individuals, a Basic DBS is required.

Your new role

  • Provide early-intervention support to customers from pre-tenancy through to sustainment.
  • Carry out risk plans, property viewings, face-to-face tenancy sign-ups and regular post-tenancy visits.
  • Help customers settle into their home by supporting benefit applications, low-level debt advice, sourcing furniture, setting up utilities and making referrals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal referrals, assessing needs, producing support plans and working closely with statutory and voluntary agencies.
  • Manage safeguarding referrals, triage concerns, and support complex cases including hoarding, domestic abuse and mental health.
  • Contribute to repairs access, income collection, H&S compliance and represent the organisation at relevant meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
