North Warwickshire Borough Council provides housing services to over 2,600 tenants. We're committed to delivering excellent services and ensuring residents have a genuine voice in how those services are designed and improved.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Tenant Involvement and Experience Officer to join our Housing Team in this exciting new role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships and bringing fresh ideas to tenant engagement. If you're passionate about making a difference and confident using social media to connect with people, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
You'll be at the heart of tenant involvement, ensuring tenants can influence and improve the services they receive. Working closely with tenants and colleagues, you will:
- Develop and deliver innovative engagement activities
- Meet residents face-to-face to understand their experiences and gather feedback
- Use social media and digital channels to increase participation and reach new audiences
- Support colleagues to embed resident insight into service planning and delivery

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys engaging with people from diverse communities
- Is confident using social media and digital engagement tools
- Can analyse feedback and present information clearly
- Has experience in housing, customer engagement, community development or a related field
Knowledge of social housing and consumer standards would be beneficial, but we welcome applicants who bring energy, creativity and a commitment to putting tenants at the centre of service delivery.
