Tenant Liaison Officer

We are recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer for a re-roofing project in Wythenshawe on a 6-month minimum temp assignment. Full UK driving licence and valid business insurance is required for this role. Looking to get someone in post ASAP, with interviews via Teams this week.

Your new role

A leading building contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment in Wythenshawe is looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team. You'll be the main point of contact for residents throughout re‑roofing schemes- ensuring communication is clear, issues are resolved quickly, and customers feel supported from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar liaison role
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using client systems and trackers
  • A calm, problem‑solving approach

What you'll do

  • Liaise with residents, scheme managers, and site teams
  • Issue pre‑introduction letters and act as the main point of contact
  • Complete pre‑entry surveys, including photos/videos of affected areas
  • Keep customers updated throughout works and ensure satisfaction on completion
  • Manage client systems, trackers, and customer claims/compensation requests
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
  • Support with tenancy agreement distribution/collection where required
  • Liaise with service suppliers (gas, broadband, telephone) when needed
