We are looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, phone-based sales team. This is a target-driven role where your energy, resilience and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone will be key to your success.

The Role

You will make outbound calls to warm leads, confidently presenting our products/services, handling objections and closing sales. Working to daily and monthly targets, you’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth and delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales process.

About You

You will be highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally with experience in a phone-based or contact-centre sales environment (B2B or B2C). You’ll be a strong communicator with a professional telephone manner and have the ability to quickly build trust and tailor your approach to different customers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, be resilient under pressure, and bring strong organisation and time-management skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
