Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business, building lasting customer relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships?
We're looking for an ambitious Tender & Framework Sales Manager to join our growing South Service division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities before they reach the market, enjoys engaging with customers at all levels and has a proven ability to secure business through competitive tenders, frameworks and strategic account development.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in driving sustainable growth across the region, combining proactive business development with the leadership of high-quality tender submissions to secure maintenance contracts across both public and private sector organisations.
Whether you're an experienced tender professional or an ambitious graduate looking to build a career in technical sales, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within a growing and supportive business.

You'll have the opportunity to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and work alongside experienced operational and technical teams to deliver winning solutions for customers. If you're motivated by relationship building, strategic selling and the challenge of securing contracts, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As Tender & Framework Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new maintenance business opportunities across the South region.
You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through to tender submission, contract award and successful handover. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations and Engineering, you'll ensure every opportunity is approached strategically and professionally.
This is a field-based role with regular travel across the region to meet customers, attend site visits and support tender presentations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
