Erlis Group Ltd is looking for an experienced Bid & Tender Manager / Coordinator to support our construction company on a temporary basis.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in UK construction tenders, particularly council and public-sector tenders, who can manage the process from identifying suitable opportunities through to preparing and submitting the final bid.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and reviewing suitable council and public-sector tender opportunities
- Managing tender submissions and deadlines
- Preparing and coordinating tender documents and supporting information
- Completing PQQs, questionnaires, and procurement documentation
- Preparing and coordinating quotations/offers
- Working with our team to gather pricing, project information, and supporting documents
- Reviewing tender requirements and ensuring submissions meet all criteria
- Submitting tenders through relevant procurement portals
- Keeping an organized record of submitted and upcoming tenders

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in UK construction tendering/bid management
- Experience working with councils, local authorities, or public-sector procurement
- Strong understanding of tender documentation and submission requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience with platforms such as BidStats, Constructionline, and council procurement portals would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the tender process
