Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Project Tender Planner with one of the most reputable and largest Engineering contractors in Europe.

About the Role

The Project Planner will join an established team from their office in Glasgow, based in Vienna and will be responsible for developing tender schedules, working closely with estimation, commercial & preconstruction teams to prepare tenders & support preconstruction operations. Excellent opportunity to join one of Europe's market leaders in Data center construction with progression pathway & opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of tender projects.
  • Reporting to Planning Department.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender schedules (Level 2 to 4), schedule narratives, and progress curves aligned with bid requirements.
  • Ensure programmes align with Schedule Specifications, Employer Requirements, contract conditions and Internal SOP/Guidelines.
  • Assist with the creation of 4D models and / or 2D phasing plans to present construction sequence, logistics and phasing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Internal teams to clarify milestones, scope, sequencing and construction methodology.
  • Develop tender programmes across all phases including design, procurement, preconstruction, construction, commissioning and handover phases. Perform delay analysis, float path reviews, and milestone projections.
  • Maintain planning databases and produce progress reports for internal and client review.
  • Provide accurate data for payment applications and contract reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tender planning queries. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment by assisting in schedule workshop meetings.
  • Attend mid-bid meetings to present Tender Schedule and deliverables as required.
  • Apply resource and cash flow loading to schedules in coordination with estimators.
  • Mentor junior planners and promote best practices in planning processes. Provide cover for Planners responsibilities when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and client standards for all planning deliverables.
  • Covering Senior Tender Planner responsibilities when required.
  • All other duties associated with role.

  • 5 years experience in Planning (ideally Data center or Industrial projects).
  • High competence in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
  • Thorough understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • 4- 5 years experience in tendering projects.
