Tender & Proposals Coordinator

You play a vital role in supporting Primo Marine's continued growth and success. You ensure high-quality tender and proposals are delivered on time, meet client requirements and reflect the expertise Primo Marine brings to every project.

Working closely with technical experts, commercial teams and management, you bring together all the elements required for a winning submission. From gathering information and coordinating contributors to managing submissions and maintaining tender records, you ensure every tender and proposal is organised, compliant and professionally presented.

Working within a thriving environment, no two opportunities are the same. Some move quickly, while others develop over several months. Your ability to stay organised, think ahead and keep stakeholders aligned enables you to guide each opportunity successfully from start to finish.

Your Path Within Primo

  • Coordinate and manage tender and proposal opportunities from qualification through to final submission;
  • Work closely with our technical, commercial and contracting teams to ensure submissions accurately reflect client requirements and Primo’s expertise and added value;
  • Maintain all aspects of administration, documentation, databases and submission platforms, ensuring records are complete and up to date;
  • Continuously improve our processes by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to strengthen future submissions.

You've Got It:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Tender Coordinator, Proposal Coordinator, Bid Coordinator or similar role;
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients and internal teams;
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to identify missing information, risks and opportunities within each submission;
  • Experience with tender portals, procurement platforms and tender submission processes;
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine drive to help win work.
