Tender & Proposals Coordinator

You play a vital role in supporting my clients' continued growth and success. You ensure high-quality tender and proposals are delivered on time, meet client requirements and reflect the expertise that brings to every project.

Working closely with technical experts, commercial teams, and management, you bring together all the elements required for a winning submission. From gathering information and coordinating contributors to managing submissions and maintaining tender records, you ensure every tender and proposal is organised, compliant, and professionally presented.

Working within a thriving environment, no two opportunities are the same. Some move quickly, while others develop over several months. Your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and keep stakeholders aligned enables you to guide each opportunity successfully from start to finish.

Your Path within the Business

  • Coordinate and manage tender and proposal opportunities from qualification through to final submission;
  • Work closely with our technical, commercial, and contracting teams to ensure submissions accurately reflect client requirements and expertise and added value;
  • Maintain all aspects of administration, documentation, databases, and submission platforms, ensuring records are complete and up to date;
  • Continuously improve our processes by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to strengthen future submissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
