This role delivers the administrative and data-driven aspects of the Tender Management function. Reporting directly to the Head of Tender Management and Implementation, you will hold responsibility for the creation and maintenance of tender bid responses, pricing templates, and core tender content.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure all milestones of the tender response lifecycle are met - tracking progress accurately from pre-tender exploration through to final award and implementation.
Your Role
- Bid Preparation and Submission: Ensure that all tender documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities for cost savings and optimisation.
- Data Analysis: Analyse commercial bids and utilise client data to support decision-making processes and provide cost-saving analysis for tender submissions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the tender process are aligned with the organisation’s objectives, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, development / product teams and support functions such as finance and HR.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the tendering process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on bid coordination, tender administration, or commercial contract support.
- Experience of developing proposals in a variety of formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven IT skills – proficient in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, meet deadlines and hold strong attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, or similar.
