π Location: Office Based β Rosebank Engineering HQ, Tenbury Wells, WR15 8HB
Rosebank Engineering is looking for a motivated and commercially minded Tendering Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong electrical engineering background who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, preparing competitive tenders, and helping drive company growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Searching and monitoring the market for new tender opportunities.
- Preparing and submitting high-quality tender and bid documents.
- Reviewing specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate pricing.
- Supporting the business with marketing activities, including promoting our services and helping generate new leads.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
- Experience within the electrical engineering or electrical contracting industry.
- Previous experience preparing tenders, quotations, or estimates.
- Confident using online tender portals and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Marketing or business development experience would be an advantage.
