Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tendering Specialist based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals. Key responsibilities involve:

The role also includes supporting procurement strategies and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to secure business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing to create and submit high-quality bids.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements, assess opportunities, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and present proposals effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in Procurement processes and related practices.
  • Detail-oriented organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for tender development and project tracking.
  • Previous experience in the security industry or a related field is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline is preferred.
