About Court Collective
At Court Collective, we bring people together through tennis and pickleball. Our experienced coaching team delivers engaging, high-quality sessions for players of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced competitors, with a focus on skill, wellbeing, and community.
We’re also proud to run Court Cubs, our junior programme designed to help children develop confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of sport.
Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and positive individuals to join our growing coaching team at Court Collective. Whether you’re taking your first steps into coaching or already qualified, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, dynamic environment that values learning, teamwork, and player development. You’ll play a key role in creating fun, inclusive, and inspiring sessions that help players of all ages enjoy and improve their game. We’ll also support aspiring coaches to achieve their LTA Level 1 qualification (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver or assist with tennis sessions for children (ages 3–11) and/or adults
- Support the Head Coach in providing structured, engaging, and safe lessons
- Set up and pack away equipment before and after sessions
- Create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for all participants
- Engage positively with players to build confidence and enjoyment
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for tennis or pickleball
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with children and adults
- Commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment

Job Type & Pay
- Self-employed, part-time
- Pay rates:
- £15/hour – Trainee Assistant (no qualification yet)
- £20/hour – LTA Level 1 or equivalent
- £25/hour – LTA Level 2
- £30/hour – LTA Level 3
- Additional set up and pack down rate
- Flexible scheduling based on programme needs
