Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Tennis Coach role based in Chiswick. The Tennis Coach will deliver individual and group coaching sessions for junior players at varying levels, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and mental resilience.

- Planning and organizing training programs aligned with the academy’s performance pathway.
- Providing clear feedback and guidance to players.
- Maintaining a safe, positive training environment.
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians.
- Supporting players during practice and competitions where required.
- Upholding academy standards for conduct, punctuality, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills, with experience coaching junior and performance-oriented players.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage positively with players, families, and colleagues.
- Training skills, including planning structured sessions and adapting coaching methods to different ages and abilities.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., LTA or equivalent), and a solid understanding of player development pathways are beneficial.
- Experience working in a performance or academy environment, with a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and fair treatment of all players, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to collaborate within a coaching team is advantageous.
